How do you release your anger?

Different people suggest different ways to release/divert/transform your anger.
I was pissed off yesterday so I got to transform my anger in order not to hurt myself.

Here are some of my suggestions:
1. Go massaging.
2. Be productive. For example, develop my online business
3. Sleep.
4. Retail therapy.

I guess the best thing is to divert it into other energy, but not letting it hurt you.
